  1. Thanks David, that's a great idea but for this instance I will be playing live. Cheer Russell
  2. Hi, does anyone know of a delay plugin that allows you to easily toggle the input on & off? None of the factory LP plugins seem to allow this. The use case is a summer reggae BBQ & I intend to play drums on a PreSonus Atom finger drum kit into LP. I can assign knobs & switches to switch echo or delay in & out and to adjust the mix level, but as soon as I cut the delay it stops. I want to be able to just cut the input, so for example trigger delay on a snare hit, which keeps tapping on, but then continue playing as normal without the delay. TIA
  3. Yes it is running the latest version. I think the Ipad Air 2 must be too old & incompatible. I have since borrowed an Air 4 & it all works ok.
  4. Hi, I am using an old iPad Air 2 with Logic Remote & Mac Mini M1 with latest version of LP. Everything seems to work fine except the faders for tracks on the iPad mixer view don't relate to the actual tracks. All the track names and colours appear correctly but only the 1st 2 instrument tracks have any effect on the mixer, but they only move the Stereo Out and Master channel strips, which is completely useless! I haven't used the iPad with LR for a while but I'm sure it used to work. I have tried uninstalling LR but it made no difference. TIA.
  5. I had this issue too. I fixed it by shrinking the track information section (where the input monitoring button should appear), right down then I think I switched the button off in the track header components and switched it back on. When I expanded the track information back to its usual size the input monitoring button had reappeared.
  6. Hi, I am trying out the free new to Logic Pro, so a newbie the the application, but have used GB for many years. I've searched this forum but couldn't find anything similar so here goes... The issue I have found is that if I try to do some fast finger drumming on my Presonus Atom, it eventually seems to flood LP so the notes fail to receive & trigger the sound. The odd thing is that it only happens on the Producer Kits. After a bit of messing about, I then tried the same with my Korg Kross MIDI keyboard (attempting a drum roll on the D1 key), and exactly the same thing happens, the sounds stop after a few seconds. After that, only notes played very slowly will trigger. Eventually the problem seems to go away - or it maybe a combination of changing tracks / starting / stopping ... I don't know. Both instruments normally pass through a USB 3 hub, but I found the problem still occurs if they are connected directly to the Mac. Has anyone else come across this problem or can reproduce it?
