  1. No, I have not. I'm not sure if they apply to the looping area? However, I have figured out how to process individual channels of a "Stereo Track" individually, so I can just record stereo tracks with the two mics and that should work. They can't be separated once exported to another DAW though. Thanks very much for your response.
  2. There appears to be a major gap in Logic's looping function. I spoke with a specialist and she was unable to solve this problem. I am recording acoustic piano and have two mics, left and right. I do not want to record them with the "Stereo" function, because that automatically sets the panning to hard left and hard right. So there are two tracks for every recording I make (left and right mics), and I have them grouped together with the Group function. This is all well and good when recording in the "Arrangement" window. But in loops it does not work. There appears to be no way to simultaneously record loops in two different tracks. Now, as a pianist I could record in mono or accept panning that cannot be edited (what is the lesser of two evils?). But how would a drummer record loops with all the different mics they need? (Also, similar problems crop up with the playback function of loops, although this is not as much of an issue.) Thoughts? I am running Mojave on MacBook Pro (mid-2015); Logic 10.5.1
