THANK YOU! Can't believe after an hour and a bit of repositioning it, cutting it, stretching it, matching it with other takes etc.. it was easy as checking off a box. LIFESAVER. thanks

I'm recording an electric guitar DI and a vocal at the same time in Logic with the 'R' and 'I' buttons activated. When I'm recording, it's perfectly in sync with each other however when I playback, even though the audio files are the same length, the timing is completely out of sync with each other. I'm desperately trying to match them together but the electric guitar transients are so small in the waveform of the mic that it's really difficult. Strangely the first two takes in the take folder are in sync but the next 5 are not. If anyone has had this issue before I'd be grateful for a reply.
