  1. Thanks for the answer! All notes can be record from each track without problems. The thing is all the notes from different tracks are the same (B3), but I would like to somehow see them all in Piano Roll (or Step Editor) in one region. Since all the tracks already have Transposer plugin I don't know how to do that because adding more Transposer plugins will trigger sample sounds that I don't want to use instead of those I need to hear (which already transposed to B3 on each track). As for Step Editor with its velocity scales as for me it gives a much more clean and essential view of notes dynamics rather than Piano Roll.
  2. It is related to comfort writing of notes in piano roll. The best melodies I wrote were in piano roll of Ableton Live. In Logic with use of brush, it's much more difficult to write because every time you need to check that the project's grid is the same as the quantization value, which takes attention every time. The greatest brush tool is in FL Studio, but there are limitations to setting precise tempo changes in a project which is very inconvenient. As for Logic its Piano Roll is significantly slower than in other DAWs.
  3. Cool! 👍 Thank you for this discovery! This will save me a lot of action 🤩
  4. In some DAWs quantization value can be bound to the grid value, but in Logic if you need let's say to write something with brush in piano roll to match the grid every time you need to check that the quantization value is the same as the grid. Is there a way to link them not to check that everytime? Thanks
  5. @Jordi Torres, How about programming two shortcuts for changing velocity of a selected note by +1/-1 and +5/-5? I believe it would be interesting for all who often deal with piano roll and prefer handy usage of shortcuts which helps keep the mind focused ☺️
  6. Awesome, thanks! Just found it by keyword "first" in Key Command Assignments window 🙂 Shift+home/end much easier
  7. Any ideas how to select the first note in a selected midi region using keyboard? thanks
  8. I have number of drum sounds on individual tracks triggered by the same note B3. How can I make them appear in the Piano Roll using a stack track to see them as different notes if there are already MIDI Transposer plugins on each of the track to play the right sound? If I add any additional transpose value to any track I won't be able to hear the sound I need from that track. I guess Environment or using midi channels may help, but there are more than 16 tracks. Somehow to be able to see them like on the screenshot. Thanks
  9. And make a sequence of two shortcuts into one and then map it to a single button, not bad, thanks 😃
  10. What would you suggest to use if the goal is to write numerous drums and percussion in piano roll to be able to hear a single instrument within a region without having to do much actions? thanks
  11. Hey, I'm using Logic 10.7.9, does anyone know if this feature was added in Logic 10.8.1? Thanks
  12. Reread your instruction, did the same and it worked, thanks!
  13. Am I doing something not correctly? Does it know non-assignable parameters in Logic such as quantize strength?
  14. Q-Strength set to 0% doesn't seem to appear in a new regions, anyway I'm happy with the knowledge that the default swing 50 does not applies swing 😅 Btw could you remind what's the app which helps to assign a non-binding parameter in Logic like quantize strength to a shortcut or midi message?
  15. Great! By default quantization for a new region is set to 100%, is it possible to set it to 0 or set Time Quantize parameter to off?
