Hi! Since I updated to Logic 10.8.1, under OS 13.6.4 (Ventura) performance has generally dropped significantly for me. Lots of crashes, even during recording (which I don't think has ever happened before during my 15 years of Logic use) and things just not going smoothly. Most significantly, whenever I create a cross fade using the cross fade tool Logic freezes completely for about 5 seconds. Every time. Never had anything like it before. Does not happen when I use a key command to create a standard fade, so I guess a workaround would be to to that and then edit the fades as I want them, but it's a bit rough. I run a 2017 MacBook Pro 15´ with Intel Core i7, 16gb ram and hundreds of free GB drive space. Any ideas? Or do you simply need a new fancy M16 to be able to even run Logic these days?

Thanks! I don't have USB Overdive installed though :/ I havn't solved it, by was able to bypass it by downloading MOS (https://mos.caldis.me/) and enabled horizontal scrolling from there.

Seems like it's not only Logic that's affected, same goes for Numbers. Probably something in Big Sur..

Hi! For ages I've been zooming and scrolling in various Logic Pro windows (including Arrange, Mixer, Piano roll) by pressing left shift and scrolling the mouse wheel. Suddenly this just stopped working. I can no longer scroll or zoom horizontally useing the mousewheel. There's keyboard shortcuts, sure, but I really enjoyed my decade long workflow of useing the mouse. Seems to be no settings for mouse behaviour in the key command window. I recently "upgraded" to Big Sur and Logic Pro 10.6.3. Not sure if the problem started straight after the upgrade or a few days in. Anybode else with this issue or any ideas of how to solve it? /Joel
