I have looked at my Logic Pro version and it is saying Logic Pro 9 - are there any updates for this?

I followed instructions to app store and this came up (see photo attached)

Is is asking me to search the app store and download update. When I do that it says I have to download the latest version of Logic

I have version MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

I am unable to access Logic Pro on my macbook Pro. I have paid for this and it is saying that I must upgrade to a new version which I will have to pay for again. How can this be?
