Edit:click on transport window then hold down the alt key then use scroll wheel to zoom in/out

i dont know if this is old news but i just discovered if you click on the floating transport while using the scrollwheel on your mouse you can zoom in/out and resize the transport bar.

im using reason 4 with logic 7.2.3 you can still get the updates from the apple website cos i only downloaded the update myself a few days ago.My advice to you and anyone who's having trouble setting up rewire in logic is to go to a website called logiccafe.com they've got a step-by-step tutorial on how to rewire reason into logic that makes it so simple and straightforward its a breeze to set up, trust me i was in the same boat as you until i found that site.
