  1. Hello. First of all please consider that the values that you enter in the box should be in Hex number format. If you want to use a midi controller key as CC, this should be configured in the controller itself. I see that you are using an ipad. Not really sure how this can be done. If you succeed in setting the keys as CC messages, when you learn the key in Logic, it should automatically assign the correct values. In my case it looks like this: B0 03 Lo7
  2. Hello. After a few logic restarts, it seems that now it works. I had two controller interfaces defined. One which was phisically present and one fake. What I did is that I deleted the fake one so now it is ok. Previously Logic was all the time updading somehow the zone lists and the modes for each of the controller
  3. Hello. Any updates on this issue? I am having the same problem and none of the described workarounds worked for me. The solution with the fader bank works but not so convenient
  4. Hi David. I have Assigned one knob from Akai Mpk261: Midi CC message 014.
  5. Hello, I have update Logic to the last versions and backed-up the com.apple.logic.pro.cs. Unfortunately when I open the new version, the zone for my controller interface is changed. Even If I copy the old file again, the version 7.1 keeps changing it with different settings, deleting some of my controller assigments. What can be done here? Thanks
  6. Hello, I am controlling the Playhead with a midi knob assigned as CC message. But it keeps moving in divisions. If I set it to ticks or something else, it does not work. The solution with forward and backwards does not fit my purpose because I am trying to use only one knob. I head that there is a special control in certain keyboards that can do this. Is it true? or is there a workaround? Thanks
  7. I think I found a solution. After I move the fader bank I select one random channel from that bank and the mixer window moves to that zone
  8. Ah. Good point. thanks for the answer. Is there a workaround for this? I have 50 tracks and a 34 inch wide screen monitor but still I can't cover all the cannels
  9. Hi Guys, When I am changing the fader bank in the mixer window, the mixer does not scroll itself in order to show the selected channels. Is this a known bug?
  10. I found the answer myself ! It was a stupid one really ). I had to group the interfaces in one horizontal line. Dammit. Previously they were in sepparate groups
  11. I placed also in the Specific zone but the same result. "Control Surface Follows Track Selection" is checked. Also I saw another preference: Fader touch selects channel. This also is not working. The mixer is in the tracks view:), For me looks like there is a different fader bank for each of the controllers
  12. The label was wrong in the channel name. Anyway look at the recording. The bars ar shown on the left with white color. After I press the control it jumps on a random track... The controls are not overwritten because I also tried deleting all the other assignment zones. It's like it thinks there is another fader bank active. But the control faders are working fine within the active bank. Only the select has problems. I think the select does not take into account the fader bank update. It still considers the first one
  13. @Jordi, do you know what can cause this problem? So I change the fader bank, but the channel select is not respecting that. The channel selector randomly jumps to a track which has nothing to do with the current fader bank
  14. Is it possible to select also a specific channel from the current fader bank? I am trying to do this but it seems like it is selecting the channel from the first bank and not the current one. In the template message they are using the fader bank though. The reason is that I have multiple channels (around 50) and only 25 buttons for selection in my controller.
