  1. Finally! Thank you so much. Every time I would disconnect my earphones, the notification would pop-up and the dock icon would start bouncing, it was driving me crazy. Turns out, all I had to do was choose "System Setting" as an Output device and then it changes automatically from Earphones to Macbook speaker and vice versa (without pop-up notification). 🙂
  2. Many times during app start-up, a window pops up saying exactly that: Last Selected interface is not available. And it changes back to ZoomAudioDevice. Then I manually choose speakers back. And it lasts for some time.. and then it just reverts back to ZoomAudioDevice. This is so frustrating. I don't know what to do. Am I the only one? :dunno:
  3. I use Zoom for video calls and screen sharing and there's a virtual audio device named ZoomAudioDevice on my MacBook Air, which is used to share sound during sharing screen. The problem is Logic Pro is repeatedly making it as default output device and of course, when ZoomAudioDevice is selected, and Zoom is not open, nothing comes out of the speakers. I manually have to change it back to "MacBook Air Speakers" in settings, but after some 5 minutes it automatically CHANGES BACK to ZoomAudioDevice even if I don't use Zoom! This is just ridiculous, is there any way to fix it? I don't want to delete my virtual ZoomAudioDevice because then I won't be able to share sound during meetings. Logic Pro version 10.6.1 MacOS Monterey
  4. Hello everyone, I started using Logic a while ago, and I was used to Cubase. In Cubase, there's a handy "Play tool" which you can use to preview a certain region starting from the point you clicked on. In Logic, I can't find a similar tool. The nearest I could find was marquee tool - and playing the selection with 'space' button- but it plays ALL tracks, not just that one. Sure, I can SOLO the track I want with pressing "S", but let's say I have 10 different takes I sang a phrase, and want to decide which to keep. I would then need to: 1. select region with marquee, 2. select track, 3. solo the region, 4. play - and repeat for each track. Since it it was extremely easier in Cubase (litteraly just clicking on the regions to play them!), I suppose there must be some option in Logic I don't know about or something similar? Thanks a lot!!
