    Thank you. You saved my day. I’m on 10.8.1 and the latency problem came after I had checked my mix with the mastering plugin. I did see a yellow warning triangle when I turned the plugin off, but it disappered short after.

    I have some "missing patches" showing up in LP 10.5.1 too e.g. Bass: Subby Bass I did a search and the patch is present in Logic pro's content package, but for some reason it's not showing up in Logic

    I'm new to Logic pro X, so maybe this is a weird question I have a 61 key midi keyboard and have a problem with Kontakt etc. accessing the switch keys in octave C0 and C6. ( I need both octaves to be present, so switching octave on the keyboard doesn't work) So far I've used the drum pads on my iPad pro but C0 and C6 are on different pages:-) Is i possible to program key commands or drum pads to play specific midi notes? Thanks

    Thanks David I'm looking forward to your new book. I bought your LP 10.4 book a couple of weeks ago and try to follow along on LP 10.5.1. I got a little confused when the the new sampler poped up in the drummer chapter

    I just tried it and it's true that Packages can't be installed with pacifist from the discs, but there is a work-around. Copy the packages to the desktop with e.g. Filebuddy and pacifist will work just fine.

    thx...I tried the mod. wheel, worked like a charm Even tried to place my keyboard on the floor and turned the mod. wheel with my foot in realtime...cool
