  1. I did some research and didn't see anyone going through anything like that. I opened a protocol at Apple Care Brazil, but without a solution yet. Thanks for all the help.
  2. Let's make sure you start a new thread for your topic, and post about one issue only once and only in one place so that we can focus our efforts to troubleshoot that issue together. Perfect, I opened my thread in the errors section. Much obliged! I apologize for the inconvenience. Despair gripped me.
  3. Unfortunately I've done all sorts of configuration and the problem persists. I am trying to contact Apple but without success yet.
  4. thanks for the tips and suggestions, but unfortunately it didn't work :/ The problem persists with crashing the use of trackpad
  5. How would this configuration be? I do not know her. Sounds interesting to me.
  6. Actually, the Mac was crashing a lot and I figured it was some third-party plugin. So, I performed a formatting and I have the machine without any app or plugin that is not native. And now this trackpad issue has remained constant in Logic Pro. Do you suggest a new formatting?
  7. Logic 10.7.2, Moterey 12.1. Macbook Pro M1
  8. I've updated my Logic to version 10.7.2, but I'm having trouble using the trackpad. It doesn't respond and it's impossible to do some simple moves like scrolling the screen, for example. My computer is a Macbook Pro M1 and the problem presents with both Monterey and Big Sur.
  9. I've updated my Logic to version 10.7.2, but I'm having trouble using the trackpad. It doesn't respond and it's impossible to do some simple moves like scrolling the screen, for example. My computer is a Macbook Pro M1 and the problem presents with both Monterey and Big Sur.
  10. It has happened to me several times. I do the same procedure you listed.
  11. I recently purchased a Macbook Pro M1 and purchased Apple's App Bundle which includes Logic Pro X [10.7.2] and Final Cut. I've been using Logic in my productions since 2012 and I've never had any problems, as I've been using version 10.4.0 for years. However, everything has changed with this new version: The [integrated] trackpad locks up and it's impossible to do any command on it, like scroll the screen, increase volume and access any feature using the "mouse". I believe this is a Logic error, as I have not had a problem with any other application so far. In my searches I didn't see similar reports. Has anyone else gone through or is going through something similar? The problem occurs in both Big Sur and Monterey.
