  1. I've got the M2. The inputs after the physical ones are the loopback channels. So in your case 7-8 is Loopback (9-10 is loopback mixed with input). So yes, set input to 7-8, put it in record and play audio. (maybe mute track input, i don't use software monitoring)
  2. I've had similar issues on a similar machine when using Turbo Boost Switcher Pro. As far as I can tell by your screenshots you have it enabled, does the problem also happen when it's not running?
  3. I can confirm that this worked in EXS24, used it all the time. Since the Sampler in 10.5 it didn't. It's been bugging me like crazy but can't find anything about it online
  4. I've seen this 'technique' being used before but that was because the artist didn't know what he was doing. Because it was just a reference for vocals and i got the logic session anyway i didn't bother explaining any further. But i was really surprised how well it sounded too!
  5. Someone wrote new drivers for the emagic audio interfaces, haven't tried it yet.. https://www.jazzmedia.com.au/a62m.php
  6. Moving regions to different track, no Flex edits or even enabled in project. New project i'd record something on let's say track 2, when i drag that region to track 3 for example it'll turn on 'follow tempo and pitch' Kinda weird huh? Found 1 post about it on the internets, no real answer. BTW Thanks for helping out..
  7. Hello all, Whenever i move an audio region (recording) to a different track it automatically turns on 'follow tempo' for that particular region. Resulting in unwanted tempo/pitch changes. Searched everywhere but can't figure out what's happening. Maybe somebody here knows? PS; not a native speaker so excuse my grammar iMac core2 duo 2,4 OS 10.8.4 logic pro x.0.2
  8. in my case it happens with appleloops i created myself and ordinary aif's. i'd drag em from the finder into the arrange. b.t.w. i'm on a powerbook g4.
  9. yep, same here.. not sometimes but all the time for that matter.
