  1. I believe I just used Native Access for this library, not Pulse.
  2. Macrumors.com is reporting Sonoma 14.4.1 is available (although I'm not seeing it yet): https://www.macrumors.com/2024/03/25/apple-releases-macos-sonoma-14-4-1/ Release notes: This update provides bug fixes for your Mac, including: - USB hubs connected to external displays may not be recognized - Copy protected Audio Unit plug-ins designed for professional music apps may not open or pass validation - Apps that include Java may quit unexpectedly For information on the security content of Apple software updates, please visit this website: https://support.apple.com/kb/HT201222
  3. Over on VI-Control someone from Metric Halo said they found updating the iLok License Manager appeared to fix the problem. Seems YMMV - not everyone is reporting success after doing so. Elsewhere (sorry don't recall where) it was reported that only machines with M2 or M3 processors are affected. Don't know if this is true or not, can only report that I updated my M1 laptop and all iLok plugins are working as expected.
  4. It was shown at NAMM, public beta became available today.
  5. The public beta of Zebralette 3 is now available for download: https://dl.u-he.com/betas/public/zebralette3/Zebralette3_001_public_beta_15573_Mac.zip Lots of links to threads about how to use it, bug reports, etc, here https://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=607153
  6. Yes - that's what I was trying to point out, not very clearly. You can also use the Automation Select tool.
  7. Go to your system Library/PreferencePanes folder - you should be able to delete Codemeter.prefPane there (not sure if that's exactly right since I already deleted the file). You could also go to the Library/Application Support folder and delete anything that says Wibu or Codemeter.
  8. Your best bet is to download and use Audio Plugin Uninstaller from Wide Blue Sound (https://www.widebluesound.com/?utm_source=Audio+Plugin+Uninstaller). Run the app, then select all these files and press the Uninstall button in the lower right corner: Otherwise you have to hunt down and delete each of those files.
  9. Yea - sadly a lot of that is Codemeter. I don't really want another third party authorization control system on my machine.
  10. An interesting sound mangler using MP3 encoders: "MAIM gives you the full gamut of digital distortion, from the realistic to the fantastical. Explore the bubbles and crunches of this unique form of digital distortion." https://wildergardenaudio.com/maim/ I'm not a fan of 'digital distortion', but I found I was able to get enough sounds that surprised me in a good way I'm inclined to keep it around.
  11. Vaporizer has been updated to run natively on Apple Silicon (along with some new features and a bunch of bug fixes) : https://github.com/VASTDynamics/Vaporizer2/releases/tag/v3.4.0 https://www.vast-dynamics.com/?q=downloads Seems like an awesome synth for free!
  12. Try updating to Kontakt 7.7.0 - there's a couple of Logic/macOS specific fixes. From the 7.7.0 release notes:
