  1. Good afternoon. Have you figured this out? I'm having this same issue.
  2. Thanks for your input loopsinner. I appreciate your time.
  3. Hey guys, I got 17 (90's type) hip hop songs that I produced and engineered that I would like anyone willing to help to give me mix critiques on. Nine of these songs will be performed live for the first time at the end of the month and I would like to have the best mixes possible. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated. All were mixed and mastered by myself using (Waves and Fab-filter) plug ins. Below is a dropbox link to snippets of the songs. Thanks for your help in advance https://www.dropbox.com/sh/cdh2eu0iur8748y/AABqCYPF71lWh67qrHCfqdmEa?dl=0
  4. Thanks David. I appreciate your time.
  5. There is a guy who sells mixing courses, and he describes how he does his Vocal automation: STEP 1) Before you start mixing, apply volume automation to the lead vocal channel. Turn up the quiet words, turn down the loud ones. The level of consistency you want to aim for depends on the genre. For Pop music, I often spend an hour doing this alone. STEP 2) Create a new stereo aux/buss channel. STEP 3) Change the output of the lead vocal channel to this new aux/buss. STEP 4) Do all your processing there (compression EQ etc.) instead of directly on the lead vocal channel. My question is, Can the same thing be done by just adding a gain plugin first, automate the region and continue with the rest of the processing directly on the Vocal channel?
  6. I edited my post. I meant to say that when i click on a section of a region. In my case there is only the thin line where i place the marquee tool, but the region after the tool is getting deleted.
  7. I just noticed since i updated to 10.3.1 that when i'm working with audio regions and attempt to split a region with the marquee tool, that sometimes it splits the region, and sometimes is deletes the region. In the past when i click on a section of a region and press delete it has always only split the region. Has this function changed in the new update?
  8. I also have the MBOX2, and it is not compatible with the latest OS. (Workaround) unplug MBox until computer is running.
  9. Thanks David. I was hoping I wouldn't have to do that because I have many GB's of projects backed up in Version 1.
  10. I have both Ver.1 & 2beta of Gobbler installed on OS 10.10.1 w/ the latest LPX 10.2 LogicX is not integrating with version 2. Only version 1. Does anyone know how to get this working for Version 2?
  11. Kingjoe93, did u ever get this figured out? I just had the same thing happen to me last night.
