  1. Yes, and it's quite easy. Search these forums for "rewire" and you'll plenty of threads with instructions on how to do it. i have rewired stuff quite a few times b4 (mainly ableton) but i thought when rewiring reason it would just make the stuff you have sequenced in reason play in tie with logic i did not know i could actually use logic to sequence reason's synths and stuff. is there a way to use reason's fx on audio or synths in logic? why doesnt propeller heads just make AU plug-ins? seems like it would pen them up to sooooo many more users and they could still make the squencer for ppl who want to use it. seems like they could make a lot of money and they would be doing us all a huge favor haha!
  2. so i can control reasons sounds with logics sequencer? why dont we just go kick in the doors of propeller heads and tell them to offer their stuff as audio units hahaha. (i know thats probably never going to happen, but it would be amazing) Dylan
  3. okay so i have this pretty bad ass reason refill called voices of the apocalypse which loads up some really good choir sounds into reason's NN-19 sampler. but i pretty much never use reason because i don't like the work flow nearly as much as i love logic so i want to find out if there is a way to get these sample to load up right in logic's EXS sample. it would be amazing if someone could tell me if there is away to do this. sorry if this had alrea been discussed on here (i'm guessing it has )
  4. i am running 3.0.4.001 he is running 3.0.3.009
  5. yeah yours are the same as mine... weird.
  6. just spoke to my friend and apparently his logic when selecting battery gives him a 16 stereo out option. (which would be 0-32 channels) so any ideas why mine does not give me that option?
  7. any body else got any thoughts on this? just thought i'de give the board one last try. hehe
  8. okay so me and my buddy started a tune on his computer but now i want to open it up on mine so i can look back and reference some stuff he did in the mix down. the only problem is i am getting an error from logic concerning the multi outs from battery 3 here is the error http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y64/DylanAntilog/logicerror.png and here is a screenshot of the mulit-out options i am given for battery in logic http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y64/DylanAntilog/Picture1.png
  9. i would love to hear some more evoc vocoder channel strip setting if any one wants to share its all ways tuff to find the right vocoder!
  10. david gave the directory info under the file link: "Place the file in ~/Library/Application Support/Logic/Plug-In Settings/EVOC 20 PolySynth/" that should work!
  11. now i love logic and it's my main weapon of choice on basically everything i do so don't jump on me for this... but i do have to ask why there isn't an easier and more advanced way to arpeggate in logic it just seems like a feature they have been over looking for too long. i mean reason has the rpg-8 arpeggiator and that even has the awesome arpeggio notes to track option the just places the arpeggiated pattern you've made in the matrix editor on your synths track. ableton live has an easy drag and drop arpiggator and even in FL studio it's as easy as a click of a button just to switch the arpeggiator on for what ever track you want it on. logic should seriously get on to some of these ideas!
  12. nice i might have to look into getting one of those babies! any way so i went back and installed just the instruments from the logic studio discs which did give me what appears to be the logic 8 channel strip settings for instruments as well as the jam pack instrument channel strip settings. how ever i did not seem to get any aux, out put, or track channel strip setting for logic 8. any idea where i get these? oh and i also of course downloaded all the logic 7 channel strip setting you up loaded!
  13. hmm i'm guessing this is because i never installed anything on the jam pack discs or the audio content? maybe?
  14. WTF? i dont have any of that stuff! what did i do? how do i get them on my set up? does someone feel like zipping them up for me and uploading em? http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y64/DylanAntilog/logicfolders.png
