  1. As Pink Floyd said "Is there anybody out there?" Am I the only one not getting this?
  2. Can anyone help me with this? Is sending a complete Reset message to each Patch Change not possible?
  3. I usually consider myself a 'Pro' when it comes to Logic software, but I've recently migrated my performance rig over to MS, with a dedicated Mac mini, and I have run into an issue that baffles me (but shouldn't) I have my concert level settings at 'Reset to saved Parameters upon Patch Change' I would think that this would imply that during Patch Changes, if or when I return to a Patch that I may have previously altered with, say a Volume or Mod adjustment, that returning to that patch would 'Reset' those (and all) the saved parameters for that Patch. No? No! I use a MIDI MOUSE foot switch for Patch changes. I can actually see my (hardware) adjusted/moved controllers not move when going to other patches... then when I return to a patch - the level/expression/modulation/whatever has not been Reset. I don't really care if my controllers are maintaining knob or wheel moves, IF every Patch Change is actually resetting to their Saved setting. Please help me sort through this, Thanks, J.
  4. Waves Version 8, and like I said, it required, worked and used my iLok licenses.
  5. New maxed-out Mac Mini and Logic Pro 9, working well with my Waves Bundle and my old iLok 2 weeks ago. Required a replacement iLok, and put all my licenses on the new key. Today opened the last project I was working on and it would not recognize the iLok, and (obviously) authorize any of the Waves plug-ins I've used on that project. This is the Error Message that came up: Logic Pro - An unexpected authorization error 14051 occurred. ID: ePAY : 14051 / Dngl : 1537z I found a similar issue posted for LP 10, and the solution was to trash the Audio Units cache, but I could not locate that anywhere on my computer Any assistance would be great. Thanks
  6. Aside from contacting Roland regarding this, which I've already done, what I'd like to be able to do in Logic Pro, is Filter any number other than 0 and 127 - How can I set that up?
  7. I've discovered where the extra data is coming from ~ it's my new Roland A-88 Controller. When I use the Sustain thru another keyboard, like my Triton, all I get are 0's and 127's So I have a work-around, but I find this upsetting. Any Ideas?
  8. Yes ~ I was just asked to add my related gear to my signature... Pedal is in properly, and on the Transport, I see only 0 and 127 when used, it's in the Event List that I'm getting all the other Data.
  9. Hello. I may be going cRaZy here ~ This is a 'new-to-me' issue, and I haven't done any work in Logic for 9 months. I have some new gear, but I believe there is a solution in Logic... Sustain Pedal Values are 0 & 127. A new project is suddenly filling my Event List with dozens of values in-between. Why am I suddenly seeing anything other than O and 127? I thought there would be something in the Input Filter, but I don't see it. Assistance asap would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
  10. Okay, well, it's not right and it's not by choice. David ~ How might you proceed in this case?
  11. I just did the Pro Update ~ which may, or may not have anything to do with this particular project I'm working on SUDDENLY start to have a delay when I start playback, and a delay (audio continues) after I press stop. I've tried turning off all plug-ins ~ no change. I've searched for playback options ~ I don't see it. I opened a recent project, and it doesn't have this behavior. Could it be built into the Logic Mastering Template I chose? It's annoying. Please help.
