Right, those are definitely not the ones related to Logic's Sound Library. There's a whole bunch of them, I counted 843 x 2 in my system (there's one .plist and one .bom per installed package).
Those files are only created when you actually install the various sound library content packages, so if you don't have a backup it's going to be tricky. But even if you had a backup, due to the location those files go, you'd need to disable SIP first (temporarily) and make sure the file permissions are correct (not really a big deal as that can be dealt with easily with a command in your Terminal).
Don't you have a second computer where you run Logic?
