  1. Yes keep it set to KEEP, unless you need the tempo to automatically adapt to files you import or record. You're welcome! 🙂
  2. Just below your tempo value, click the word "ADAPT" and choose "KEEP" instead. Let us know if that resolves your issues?
  3. Just saw this now, but I"m not sure I'm following. Since this topic is marked as solved, please start a new topic and add more details or screenshots so that we can help you out with this new issue.
  4. You're welcome! And welcome to Logic Pro Help ! 🙂
  5. Click the orange mic icon in your Mac's menu bar and make sure you select the 'Standard' mode:
  6. @Desha see my answer in the following topic:
  7. You need to move your project start marker back to the default 1 1 1 1 position. Unfortunately there's a number of unexpected behaviors like this tied to having moved the project start point from its default position.
  8. Definitely agree, I would deliver 24 bit 48kHz PCM files.
  9. Could you share a copy of the project so that one of us could try to reproduce this?
  10. Every time you take away one parameter from your mix, you can better focus on the other parameters. So if you take away the stereo image, you can better focus on level balance, frequency spectrum and dynamics for example.
  11. There may be a sneaky workaround but it requires using another app that can route MIDI back to Logic Pro, and it's still convoluted and time consuming, so not sure if it's worth it. Still I will lay down the general idea here, and maybe someone else can improve upon the concept. Open your original audio region in the Audio Track editor. Choose Edit > Create MIDI track from Flex Pitch Data. Export that as a MIDI file. Open your destination audio region in the Audio Track editor. Turn on Flex Pitch and click the MIDI in button to turn on step input. Open the MIDI file in another app that routes its MIDI data to that track in Logic, and play the notes one by one.
  12. Yes, with an emphasis on generally, because as you've pointed out yourself, sometimes plug-in delay isn't compensated as expected, especially with more advanced bus/aux/sidechain routings, so you end up with signals that can be out of sync. Also because with different Logic updates, they have tried to resolve these issues in different ways, that means that sometimes, taking a project started in an older version of Logic and opening it in a newer version can produce unexpected results. However as far as bouncing your mix, what you bounce will be what you're hearing when you press Play and listen to the playback in real time, so if it sounds good during playback, there's nothing to worry about. Still always a good idea to give a last listen to your resulting bounced file before sending it off to make 100% sure everything sounds as it should.
