My Presonus Firestudio Project is working with Ventura. I had it working with Catalina so I just upgraded on an unsupported Macbook Pro 2012.

The thing is. I cannot install Big Sur on a 2012 MacBook Pro. The highest I can get to is Catalina 10.15.7.

Can this version be installed on Intel Macs?

I just played down two other projects and they played flawlessly. It definitely looked like that particular project. I have check over and over and I cannot find the cause.

When I am playing a project Logic Pro volume just dips and rises back suddenly. All tracks are audio. No automation enabled. I have Studio One 4.6 on the same Macbook Pro with Catalina installed. Studio One does not do this. Anyone ever had this issue?

I over the years has been all over the place. Used every major DAWS. Started on Logic AV Used Protools, Ableton Live, Sonar from cakewalk days, Studio One 3 to 4, FL Studio, Reaper and Reason. I really made the rounds and ended back on Logic. No one should be telling you what to use. Like me. I tried them. Get your own experience man. If you are on Logic and you need to change. Maybe you are not making money. Then change.

Just do the install as mentioned above and you are good to go. I am on 10.5.

"UAD plug-in cannot be authorized" error on macOS We have released an important update (UAD v9.12.1) that resolves an issue that can prevent UAD plug-ins from authorizing properly on macOS 10.15 Catalina. Please download and install this update as soon as possible. Issue The following dialog can be displayed on some macOS Catalina systems: "UAD [plug-in name] cannot be authorized. One or more UAD devices is incompatible with this version of the UAD plug-ins software."

I have the same issues. But I cannot get into the App store. I get this spinning beachball.

My system is identical to yours. There are no issues or any conflict. Register and download the setup files from Nektar site. You would get install files and all the guidelines for setting up.
