  1. Nice update this time, a shame some older plugins are still not in hi resolution and have no new UI.
  2. Older Logic plugins UI still look ugly in 5k screens ? No HI definition UI ?
  3. Logic is not very convenient for live for exemaple, it's not that easy to assign APC40 pads to logic clips and controlers. that's why I use Bitwig. In logic, tracks are organized in raws but i bitwig and APC40, they are in columns, confusing in a live situation. Most of the time I bounce midi clips to audio in Logic and use them in bitwig when I perform live.
  4. After some trial, the nbehavior is different if you export audio from the 1-live loops and from 2-the arrange page. 1-export several midi loops result in a mix of all the clip in one audio file 2-export several midi clips result in an audio file for each midi clip. How to get the same resukt with live loops, to get an audio file per live loop in one export ?
  5. What is the easiest way to bounce and export several items at the same time so I can use them in Bitwig for live gigs. Currenly I must export each item on by one and it is time consuming.
  6. I chose in Drum machine designer the option "sort by chromatic order" so why the F#1 cell is closed to G#1 and not G1 ?
  7. Ah still no APC40 clips launch integration. I still must bounce Logic audio to use it in Bitwig for my techno live acts ! It a shame the GUI of the older Logic native plugins are still not been updated. On my 5k screen some GUI are blurry especially parameters names. If this plugins sizes are enlarged above 100 %, this is even worse.
  8. I used to work with an 2007 core 2 duo imac, El Capitan and Logic 10.3 I produced techno tracks with several plugins like spire, pigment, mastering plugins and the CPU never goes closed to the max. I still have that Imac and the original Logic 8 box with all manuals and CD's in the attic, Logic 10.3 was only available on the Apple store. I could sell you all for cheap if we were closed to each other. I know produced with a powerfull Imac I7 8 cores and my music is not better !
  9. Did you see the controler value change near the transport bar when you move a controler on your MPK ? Can you manually assign a parameter to a controler ? Have you tried with another DAW ? Another computer to understand if it is an hardware or soft issue ?
  10. I get it : Desactivate/activate MPK249 controler in the preference window logic pop up window ask to select preset 1 on MPK249 (before it was preset 13) now K1....K8, cursors, transport controls works fine. Can't get APC40 autoassigment work throught. Be sure ignored all control surfaces (french translation) is not checked in logic pro/control surfaces !
  11. No issue with my MPK249 and LP 10.7.3 here. how can I help you ? edit : spoke to fast, parameter are no more autimatically assigned but must be done by hand one by one even wuth MPK249 logic preset
  12. If I click on the icon (arrow on the picture) the clap sound is triggered when the step sequencer is stopped but not if it runs. It seems that before 10.7.3 this was possible to trigger the sound that way even if sequencer was runing.
  13. No, it was never possible to preview pads by clicking the instrument icon in the step sequencer (just to make sure I tried it in 10.7.1 and indeed that does not work). On the other hand if you open Drum Machine Designer and hover a pad with your mouse, the icon is replaced by a speaker icon, and you can click the speaker to preview the pad. Perhaps that's what you're remembering? No David, If I click on the icon (arrow on the picture) the clap sound is triggered when the step sequencer is stopped but not if it runs. It seems that before 10.7.3 this was possible to trigger the sound that way even if sequencer was runing.
