  1. you could always create a second sequencer track.
  2. You can't be serious about that babya crap. Looks like it was designed by a preschooler.
  3. Dunno about 5-6 but Logic 7 owns everything for sound quality

    Dumb question

Only the ones built into logic appear in the multi-channel drop down menu

Thanks david but Kontakt doesn't show up in the multi-channel menu. Guess thats the problem then.

    Dumb question

OK, so I've got Kontakt 2 right... It allows me to assign different samples to different outputs, what I can't figure out, is how to pick these outputs up in the mixer. I want to have 1 instance of contact running and have several different samples routed to several different mixer tracks where I can apply individual insert effects, eq etc to them. What am I missing here? Using PC Logic 5.5.1 Cheers, Gopal
  7. Ah cheers, but no luck on the search Is it rather complicated to accomplish?
  8. How do I search on this forum?
  9. Is there someway I can assign the knobs on my USB keyboard to control mixer parameters etc in Logic 5.5.1 Also, can I use the knobs on my hardware synths in the same way? I might be missing something really simple but this is a feature I would dearly love to be able to use.
  10. Happy MOTU owner here. I've got a 896 and ever time I've taken it round to a friend's house it has just pwned their soundcards. M-audio = not even in the same league RME = Closer than most, but no cigar 8)
  11. I work in the A/V industry (hi fi, home theatre and home automation) and as a rule you are safe with any kind of cable if the run is less than 10 metres. Hope that helps

  13. Hey David, really appreciate the feedback. That is some really constructive feedback too. That particular track is probably my least favourite at the moment and was my first stab at writing a psy tune. Re: the hats/perc. I've intentionally left that part of the track very empty. It was kinda an experiment to see if I could get drive and feel from a tune using just the kick, bass and synth lines. That was also my first attempt at creating a bassline from scratch with the ES1. I was quite pleased with the results but there are some very subtle clicks on the start of the notes that I couldn't get rid of no matter how much I$&@+% around with the ES1. Did my head in big time. Keep the feedback comin guys

  15. Cheers mate. Everything done from within Logic 5.5.1 All hardware synths (virus B, JP8080, Nova, Bass station) vocals cut up within Intakt. Most drums from the Drumstation except the kicks. TC effects used heavily Anyone else?
