  1. You can always solo the ultrabeat track and bounce the track to an audio file, then import it back onto a stereo audio track by dragging it from the browser.
  2. Hey guys, I've been having a problem with the ultrabeat instrument losing my audio drum samples when transferring the instrument preset from one computer to another. I understand that it needs to have a specific file path to find the files and when I move the location of these files, then I have to re-direct Logic to where they are located. The problem is that after relocating all the files and saving the setting, the 'save' feature doesn't seem to take. If I open up a new project and load up the instrument setting, it prompts me to find all the files again. This can be a real pain in the ass when working with other people or when I'm transferring settings from my work computer to my home computer. After I locate the files and save the project, it will save the setting for that project because I have the 'copy ultrabeat samples to project folder' option checked, but anytime that I transfer the project to another computer or start a new project and try to recall the setting, it prompts me to find the samples again. What can I do to stop this from happening?
  3. I am having the same problem as Sam, just finished loading up all my assignments, only to have them disappear on me. Is there something that needs to be done to save them? When I closed the project and re-opened it, they remained, but after quitting the program and re-opening, they disappeared. Any suggestions? SC
  4. Never mind... I figured out what was going on in the transport... Stop. This buttons stops recording or playback Pressing this button a second time returns the transport to the beginning of the song ✓ NOTE: If cycle mode is active, pressing this button a second time will return the transport to the left locator; pressing this button a third time will return the transport to the beginning of the song. You can turn off the cycle mode in the general preferences I also figured out what I was doing wrong on the controller itself, simple user error. It's working great!!
  5. Trying to get an Axiom Pro 25 set up in Logic 9. I followed the instructions and set it up under preferences>control surfaces>setup. Went to new and clicked install. The axiom pro 25 icon shows up, and in Logic I am getting some controls working properly, but the transport controls aren't functioning 100% correctly and the whole 'hypercontrol' concept doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas?? At this point, the pro version of the axiom is functioning on the same level as the standard axiom controller. Wondering if maybe there is an additional firmware update or an additional setting adjustment that needs to be made?
