After seeing those 'Smart Controls' i hit the 'buy' button on the App Store. It was the only thing i missed when coming from Ableton Live to Logic Studio 9. Don't even get me started on the FABULOUS Midi FX!!!!!!!! Thanks for an AMAZING upgrade!!!! "runs back to the studio..............."

No need to apologise... Ok, so every control in TouchOsc can be set to transmit OSC or midi. You can do that in the editor. If midi is what you're after, you should use the application called 'TouchOsc Bridge' (on your Mac). This sends midi to and from your Ipad and computer. It is very well described what does what and how to set it up on the Hexler site : http://hexler.net/docs/touchosc

No you don't have to use Osculator for midi. It can turn OSC messages into midi and keystrokes. Get to know TouchOsc is what i'd recommend, it's really not that hard to create your own template with buttons or whatever. After that, if you want to dive really deep in designing your own templates and know you can't pull it off with TouchOsc , you could check out something like Liine's Lemur. It does scripting and whatnot.

hi, i just read your pm.i'll respond here,makes it easier for other people as well. you just rearrange the parameters in the top list(in plistedit pro).save that,done. read this entire thread if you haven't already,it explains everything needed. if there's anything more you'd like to know,just ask.

hi, in case you didn't know, it is very easy to do with PlistEdit Pro(from Fat Cat software).basically it's just drag and drop. it makes controlling plugins WAY more efficient and fun. regarding mappings,i could send you some of mine if you're interested. although i must say that the way stuff is mapped really depends on the individual and his/her particular workflow. pm me if you're interested.

yes,i have the same problem here,doesn't show the insert numbers here anymore.i didn't check the rest though. i went back to the previous version until this is fixed.

I can't believe this lol. It says the release date for this "personality driver" was January 7, 2011. I just went to install it but a warning popped up telling me that I couldn't install it because a newer version was already installed on my computer. WTF? there is an uninstaller in the same download,try running that.

great,thanks a lot,this is the part that i didn't get yet. that's probably the reason it didn't work with the esx-24 plist that i modified,and didn't put in the user library folder.

thanks a lot for this,guys! i just purchased Logic studio 9 two weeks ago,i'm completely blown away by it! i have an M-audio Axiom pro 49(LOVE IT ALSO!!!),but was not too happy about the defaultmappings for Sculpture etc :too much parameters in the wrong order imo. so after reading this,i downloaded PLISTEDIT PRO.supereasy to use(drag and drop,delete what you don't want).i now have a small parameterorder list with the morph x-y plus body eq controls on one page as an experiment,more will be added(like filter, envelope). when that's done i'll post it elsewhere on this forum(not here obviously,since this post is for 3rd party plugins).
