  1. Hey David, I checked the Punch commands yesterday, and they were correct. I think I already made some edits for these back in August. Makes sense, since the OP is from July. To clear the search result pop-up, you can use the ESC key, or click the toolbar in which the search field resides. I just checked on recent versions of Safari, Chrome and Firefox. I agree, clicking the background should work too, along with going through the search results with the arrow keys (doesn't work yet - but the pull requests for this to work have been made on Github!). Cheers
  2. Perhaps you tried exactly at the moment I updated the file. I checked in both Safari and Firefox (cleared cache too), works over here...
  3. Thanks for the heads up, I fixed the Hide/Show vs Toggle thing. The LPX shortcut for Set Punch Out Locator Point by Rounded Playhead looks fine to me. Feel free to tweet me at @danskitwit if you spot any other errors. Thanks.
  4. Nice, incomplete though, since it assumes the user has a keyboard with a numeric keypad. For those on a Macbook (without a numeric keypad): Home = fn + ← End = fn + → Page Up = fn + ↑ Page Down = fn + ↓ Should one ever want to tweet a shortcut, use http://mackeys.info/ if you're really really worried about how Unicode will render, use http://mothereff.in/html-entities Id like to stress that both sites are not mine. Hope this helps.
  5. Ah, I see. Excusez moi. Never mind!
  6. Wow I looked at it and found quite a few mistakes within seconds: wrong key command name, wrong keyboard shortcut listed, wrong keys highlighting on the keyboard.... I wouldn't trust that source. Using the Key Command window along with this simple handy guide to Decipher Logic's mysterious key command symbols should do the job. David, Where did you spot the errors? I can always fix. Cheers.
  7. Hi, Have you tried turning Hyperdaw off? Go to View > Hyper Draw > Off Or hit shift command Y. Cheers
  8. Ok, Let me try some of this out. I'll be back... Thanks guys.
  9. See screenshot. Top track has automation, bottom track doesn't. In environment, sequencer input receives fader messages. Everything is moving as it should, but it doesn't get recorded.
  10. Shiver, Putting a fader before the first object works (and giving it the correct output message). I'm working on a blog post for working with multiple instances of a plugin, for now this will have to do I guess. Bug territory, no doubt.
  11. Shiver, Thanks, I'll try that. I've tried to convert fader messages to control data and back with faders like crazy but to no avail. I've been trying out this stuff for days and days now - my ultimate goal would be to control 2 or 3 instances of say ES2 by working just one instance. Another frustrating thing is that I cannot record automation on track 2 that gets passed from track one. Damn shame. Cheers!
  12. Fader8, Thanks, but still no go for me. I've attached a screenshot. I got two objects connected, with a monitor on object 2. Channel EQ's inserted on both objects. Whatever I change in the first plugin, does not reflect in the second. It's either me overlooking something amazingly simple, or Logic Pro not doing something I was hoping it could... Update: when drawing automation, this works i.e. the Channel EQ on object 2 follows the one on object 1. Cheers
