I too am seeing this problem and getting a bit frustrated! Catch will turn on everyone I hit play. All catch prefs unchecked.

Since it took you five years to reply, I figured I'd wait three to make fun of you.

Is there a way to apply a user default to the options found in "Configure Channel Strip Components" in the Mixer window? It's possible in Bothe the Main window and Inspector... Thanks!

ok pre roll - settings audio - uncheck audio pre roll - duh... post roll - still playing an extra 2 beats only on this project so Ive done something goofy...

I am having the same problem all of a sudden. Pre and Post roll - 2 bars. If cycle is off, no pre roll. unable to turn off post roll. Metronome/Record/Play/Transport settings - everything related off. I am using 9.1.3 on 10.6.4 Mac Pro 2x2.66 w/ RME FFUC buffer set to 512. Any other Ideas?
