Hey Is there a way to cut the regions that i have flexed without affecting the flex result? For example: when i load a 150 bpm loop and flex it to 125 bpm, after i start chopping the loop, the region goes off the grid. Any suggestions? Thanks, Janne

When I make a new bus or a track stack for existing tracks, my plugins dont always work in the new channel strip. For example, i have two tracks. I make a track stack from those two. A master channel for those two tracks is created. I create an EQ for the track stack's master bus. The problem is, the EQ controls dont work, including bypass button and all the logic buttons as well, if its a third party plugin. It works, if I manually make a new master bus for those tracks but i always have to undo the previous steps and delete the aux that doesnt work at the time. Any idea how to fix this? Oh and I tried to post a video of the problem but the site wouldnt accept .mov or .mp4 files, what's the right filetype for video on this site? Thx!

Still, whatever the value is, i can still hear that the sound doesnt go all the way up one octave.

Hey, Might be a stupid question but here it goes: when I import a loop from my sample library into my logic project, which is same bpm as the loop, the pitch of the loop changes. Why does this happen? - Janne

When i play the notes on my keyboard and move the pitch wheel, i can totally hear two octaves both ways. When i go to the piano roll's midi draw area, the value goes down full 64 steps and 63 up (one value too low). This can be corrected by recording the movement with the keyboard and pitch wheel but it seems that I cant draw 100% up with my mouse. Thanks

Hey, First question: In the piano roll, when I adjust the pitch automation, the pitch remains one semitone low even though i roll the automation point as far up as it can go. I have + 24 and -24 semitones set up correctly in my synth so its not about that. When I play it with my midi keyboard it goes all the way up but i cant drag it to the highest level with my mouse. What am I doing wrong? Second question: If i have set up a midi learn to one of the knobs in my synth, is it possible to adjust and tweak the knobs in automation window after i have recorded the knob movements? Actually, I may have solved it. It could just be an issue of my memory. Just before the loop starts and the bassline begins, there is a heavily distorted sound. Could it be that this sound could be somehow leaking to another tracks? The problem persists, I think, only when the problematic part is looping.

Hi, I was making this drum'n'bass project and suddenly my bass track distorted completely. My levels are fine, stereo output is about -7db etc, not much heavy processing going on and CPU meter isnt full, Disk either. But then, I just selected another track, the distortion disappeared. When i highlighted the track, the distortion would come back. Any clues of whats going on? My speakers are fine too, I think. Because the distortion went to headphones as well and they're brand new. Also, when i tried resampling the distortion, it didnt go through. It was only in the track, it doesnt route anywhere. Thanks, Janne

Hey, I confronted this strange issue while moving my project back and forth. I have set the "move automation with regions"-tab to "always". I would like to move the whole project closer to bar 1. I go to the arrange window and select all ---> drag everything to the beginning. Still, some of the automation gets left behind. I tried it with the preferences-checkbox set to "Ask". Didnt work. This problem has never occurred before and i don't know what causes it. Edit: I was able to get some automation movement by moving the automation dots as close as possible to the region borders but still some automations remain bugged. This concerns only this project. Yes it does, i have to turn the preamp knob almost to the full level to get the signal strong enough. Which, of course, is not a good thing.

Thanks, mate, that solved the problem. This also filled the hole in my knowledge; i didnt realize that there are two libraries. -_- how stupid of me.

I got only one component folder and it is filled with intact files. I dont get this..
