  1. When I create an IR in impulse response utility and export it for SD, it creates a .pst and loads it into space designer automatically for me, and it works fine (except for these particular ones in question). I even tried changing the suffix to .SDIR, and it didnt make a difference.
  2. I'm trying to load some IRs I made a while ago, and for some reason I am getting that error right beside the file name when I load them into space designer. I can't figure out what that means. File suffix as in the dot and than 3 letters at the end of a file name? Well, its the same suffix (.pst) that my currently working IRs have. Any ideas?
  3. sorry about the multi post, this forum does weird things for me. Update: I just retrieved the last autosave in my time machine backup... however all of the plugins were completely messed up. Some of the EQs just erased my settings, some of the EQs had the settings from other instruments? whattttt? My banjo has the EQ settings from my cello. wtf is happening. My compressor settings got erased. I was double safe with both the auto save feature and time machine, yet it still lost all my plugin settings, why?
  4. Mac pro just crashed, I restarted, Logic Pro X automatically loaded back up with my project but it loaded my manual save from 48 hours ago, and I cannot find the changes that I have made since. Where can I find the auto saves? when I go to "revert to", The last save from yesterday even though I have been working all day.
  5. I'm trying to figure out how to do something that you would think is super basic but im not even sure if its possible. I just read the manual for Impulse Response Utility and didnt find anything. What I want to do is 1 speaker to 2 mono mics panned center making a mono IR. When you click new project there are a number of layouts available but no way to make a custom one. I just want to capture one speakers with two different mics, I dont need the option to vary their volumes, 50/50 works fine, panned center, super basic. Any ideas? Maybe I'll have to record stereo than somehow modify the file.
  6. ok thx for the help. If anyone else knows where these prefs are stored let me know.
  7. ok, shouldn't there be a file that i can delete to reset my settings though? I thought the plist was supposed to do this, but maybe I deleted the wrong one?
  8. sure i can turn it off, but than I dont have a metronome. I want to reset the metronome settings to default. Any idea?
  9. I tried deleting the "com.apple.logic10.plist", and I still have the obnoxious metronome sound from a past project.
  10. Just updating this thread as I am having the same problem now, anybody find any new solutions? I haven't been able to fix it with any of the advice in this thread.
  11. yes, i checked that page, but couldn't find anything relevant.
  12. So I made a new project and the glue feature seems to be working as David said it should now. No idea why it wasnt functioning before. It wasnt giving me an alert or anything before.
  13. I loaded up superior drummer as my input to replace the klopfgeist on my click track and its giving me a ride cymbal as the click. How can I change which sample that the click triggers within superior drummer?
  14. I first noticed the phasing, and than i zoomed in on the wave form and so how significantly late the midi was. I tried it in a new project and it worked so i just tried it once again in the main project and it work. Which is odd, i have no idea why it decided to delay everything the first time but not now... so its working anyways. Seems like this is the case for all of my logic issues lately, it just fixes it self.
