I have Live4, and I can do anything easily in it, way easier for me than Logic. But I really miss the quality of sound you get in Logic every time I'm in Live. But for playing live there is nothing better, The controller support is so easy that you could get a brand new control surface and have it configured in 2 minutes. I wouldn't try that with any other host.

OK, so I know how to jump to a marker now, though it's not as quick as I would like. Oh well. I do think the color feature is reserved for you pro guys though.

7.1. All I get when creating a marker is the space to put the name of the marker, that's all.In the docs iwth 7.1 it seems there isn't any way to jump to a marker etc. Is this the same in 7.1 Pro?

I have a LogiTech Internet keyboard and in conjunction with teh Apple Keyboard preferences, I can map any menu item in Logic to the ste 'shopping, favorites', etc keys. So I have the color pallette, CPU meter, Loop browser set to these keys. Except for the USB ports, I'm not missing having an Apple keyboard.

The Evolution site has an environment to download here that allows you to use the UC-33e as a channel strip mixer and a multi-track mixer. Unfortunately the environment itself isn't what I would use, I use a very simple environment that works well on my old Powerbook. It is a modified version of the 'Basic Production' template. I also don't have the know how to figure this out in the Environment. I tried importing the environment as suggested, but couldn't get the UC-33e to work properly. I'm more interested in getting it to work as a multi-track mixer, I'd actually rather not have the channel strip mixer option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, I have markers, it just looks like you can't get the Marker Text Window. Unless I'm missing something.

IS it possible to do this in Logic Express 7.1?
