  1. Thanks to both @wonshu and @Dr.Socrates for confirming the obvious and logical answer that only loaded plugins can trigger a crash. For a brief moment I was misled by someone on the internet who claimed the opposite.
  2. We all know that bad plugins may cause Logic to crash. But if I have problems with one plugin do I need to uninstall it or is it just a matter of not using it?
  3. Oh, I see! So any changes that are made when Neural Pitch Detection is activated won’t stick. And changes made when Neural Pitch Detection is unchecked is preserved. So I spotted the bug but missed some nuances… That's not the first time 😄
  4. Sent! Well, that is how it behaves on my computer. You have a different computer so maybe the problem turns up differently? Agree!
  5. Try this: Open ”Pitch Correction”-plugin. Change the ”Range” from ”Normal” to ”Low”. Close and reopen the plugin. The ”Range” have now reverted back to ”Normal”. If I uncheck ”Neural Pitch Detection” the plugin begins to behave as expected. If I recheck ”Neural Pitch Detection” the plugin continues to behave as expected. Anyone else?
  6. Stability improvements and bug fixes are never wrong 😀 And it made me update my signature 😁
  7. You need to make the purchase from a machine that can run the latest available version of Logic Pro. I.e Ventura or Monterey.
  8. Pauls list was exactly what I was looking for. A big Thank You!
  9. Thanks for sharing! Was the driver version the same or could that be a part of change?
  10. There is also Space Designer Manager which can be bought on the App Store. It can generate plugin settings in seconds. And there are a couple of parameters you can change for example you could generate one batch of pst-files for inserts (with Dry volume att full) and another set for busses (with Dry Volume at min). I only tried the demo once but it seem very good for anyone using Space designer and have lots of IR:s. btw: It just recently got updated for Apple Silicon!
  11. Thanks for the welcoming words! But I’m a little confused because I’ve been around since 2006😀
  12. Do you need the eq to be inside of Logic? If third party freeware is an option the TDR Nova is a great contender. https://www.tokyodawn.net/tdr-nova/
