Could you please help me how to do the same thing but with Logic Pro 8?? I am trying just to change the name "Express" with "Logic Pro" in the Terminal but it doesn't work. Thanks!!.

Finally I change my Ram Memory fron 2Gb to 8 Gb and the whole computer is running much much better and no problems in my Logic 8. It cost me like 75 euros. I highly recommend it.

Normally the message is: System Overload. The audio engine was not able to process all required data in time. (-10011) The buffer Size I already lowered to 128. Better now than before but still sometimes that message appear. The Project is giving me problems now is with 8 sample and 4 Audio recordings. My system now is 10.6.7 I suppose I will upgrade in the future to Logic 9 or the next new one so I think it will be useful the upgrade to 8Gb RAM and I hope it also gives more lifetime to my MBPro. Anyway very helpful. I didn't know the Logic8 is only 32 bit app. Thanks!!

Hi, I am thinking to upgrade memory on my Macbook Pro 2.53GHz 2GB. Due to I am having problems now of latency using the Logic Pro 8. I am planning to buy a Samsung DDR3/1066 8GB Kit (4GBx2). anyone have experience about a much better performance of Logic upgrading the Memory Ram of the computer?. Is it the main cause for good performance or it depends of many other things? Am I going to get for sure much better results?. thanks!

Hi, I am using Logic Pro for recording with usb mic H4 Zoom. Where is the Audio Output option in Logic Pro 8? I can see only the Audio Input Option in Preferences/Audio/Devices/Core Audio But no option to the Output Audio (like in Garage Band) I just want the choice to output the audio to the System Setting of the Computer and the input audio to the H4 usb Mic.
