Using the resize tool worked the best for me!

Here's a recorded speech. 30 minutes into recording and it became funny. This was given to me by a client, but I do not have any idea to clean this audio. Some help please!! Thanks for the great settings made. But how do we assign a footpedal to the switch? Still wondering and trying in environment but to no avail.
