Okey! so i got my mini korg plugged in to my m-audio fast-track pro (L/R and midi in and out) to the latest logic update! I can record midi notes in logic with the microkorg but is there any way to make the microkorg play the midi notes? i want to record audio and the silent midi notes. then delete the audio file, then quantize the midi notes and then play them trough my microkorg and record the audio into logic! Do ou understand på problem? please help!

Hi guys! Me and my band are recording some songs and when we roecord the drums we did it in parts. Like split song in 3 and record the first part, then the second and the third! The problem is that at the end of each part there's a crash. The crash can't ring out correctly since the new track is beginning. And it sound really odd. the drums were recorded on 8 different tracks. I'm using the same tracks for every takes (the 3 parts) Logic comps the tracks. Is there any way to make the cymbal ring out while the new track starts? Or is the only way out to create 8 new tracks with one part and so on? If you don't understand my problem, please say so and i'd be more then glad to explain it a bit better! Thank you! So i can't quantize the sounds from the microkorg since it's an audio file. Is there any way around this. I guess that i want to use the microkorg as an audio bank?

Hi! How do i use the sounds on my microkorg in logic? I can either choose midi ports or usb. I create an external midi channel and open the library i can see that logic is receiving the midi notes I can choose 16 different channels but no sound is coming I'm using logic 9 and a macbook pro and a m-audio pro sound card /axel
