  1. Hello Is it possible to replace (instantly/on the fly) sample in whole project like in FL Studio? It's really great feature because besides replacement, you can listen samples when yo do this... Below in video example in FL Studio (it's not my video): Thanks to this, you can find perfectly matching sound, quickly penetrating the entire library of samples, in correlation to all other sounds in arrangement. To this time even Logic Sampler doesn't allow to switch own samples in quick way, which in my case is becoming unusable at the moment (BTW You can do it even in old Battery 4 ). Perfect solution is in this FL video, cause it doesn't need any additional plugin, and allows you to replace the sound in the entire project.
  2. Thank you for answer. To not create another topic. Is it possible to replace (instantly/on the fly) sample in whole project ? Below in video example in FL Studio (it's not my video). 3. Hello In such case like in picture, second note stops first (and my e.g bass sound from sampler can't sound in full length). I know I can extend the notes like in the second picture, but then it becomes not very transparent (with more notes or chords piano roll looks not very clear and the notes are hidden under the others). Is there any way, to "release" full sample sound but keeping the notes shorter?
  4. O, good solution - thank you ! BTW. Hope it will be added in next versions .
  5. Hello Black Friday enlarged the database of all new installed plugins for all of us probably My question is: Is it possible to list recently installed things in LPX in some way?
  6. Thank you very much for answers Hope they'll add this in next versions All the best!
  7. Thank you for answer. I mean Drum Machine Designer. For searching samples I’m using list of the right side of logic (F key shows it). I’m not at Logic now to check what you wrote, but i think this way won’t replace the sample until I pull it to the button. Im not sure if I describe it properly. In sum - I would like switch samples on the fly. In battery this little triangle allows me jump to next sample on highlighted button from actual folder with my samples.
  8. Hello I was using Battery 4, but as LPX has Drum Designer , I would like to try work with this. But I can’t find one, most important for me, feature. How to “jump” to next sample ? E.g in Battery i put sample from my folder on “button”, and there is possibility to jump to next and next samples from this folder (live). In drum designer I can do the same with custom samples (when I click on the library tab on the left I see list of samples from this folder). Is there any possibility to do the same with “my” samples ?
  9. Hello When it comes about apple loops, it's great and smart search system. But i can't find good solution for my other samples in same case. So (as everyone ), i've got huge collection of third party samples (wavs and aiffs). Example: Each sample pack has folders with kicks, shakers, hi-hat loops etc. From each sample pack i would like choose best kicks, best hi-hat loops etc, and have them categorized in one place. So e.g i would like see folders: Best kicks, best hi-hats etc... (or i could choose tag with such name, and it show me only this samples) So as i don't wanna move them or copy, i thought that shortcuts will be good solution. But in this case i can't hear them in logic browser... So my question is - what's the best way to make categories/folders/favorites or tags, which will give me quick access to the best samples in my opinion, from various sample packs? (without moving or copying them) Thank you for answer PS. Is there possibility to treat this samples like apple loops? And also could I add the new "bricks" with own new names in this browser ? (I used apple loops utility a long time ago, but it doesn't work anymore, and it was tedious to process every new package ...)
  10. Sorry for your inquisitiveness, but there is no better place on the internet to find the answer...
  11. I’m not sure if i understand correctly... I’m using such type of plugins as inspirations starting point.
  12. ChordPotion Midi sequencer Here is solution i wrote about above: https://feelyoursound.com/multi-channel-daw-setup/#logic
  13. The problem is, that in that case you wrote, it's 4 different plugin sequencer instances, and the whole simplification is that only in case if one is used, the zones work together. E.g if i switch preset, i've got new sequences for arp, and bass, which are matched. In case of 4 instances of this plugin, first of all i must set same preset in each. And i can do that, but i modify this sequecnes, in this way, i must do same thing 4 times, or save/load preset in each - which in the long run is uncomfortable and time consuming (apart from the mass of increasing presets). The solution which producer of plugin recommended for Logic Pro X, is create a new virtual MIDI cable in OSX, and use "External instrument" in Logic, and etc - BUT i believe that is easier way...
