1. Hi David, The workflow in the video though is not quite the same unfortunately if you repeat it within logic. He is looking to select an instrument and edit everything in the piano roll without using the arrangement selection of the sequencer and having to re select. The problem it seems is once you select a different instrument, logic's pianoroll defaults to a single track once again. Is their a environment or different approach he could use? Think of the pianoroll as a palette for complete score composition without window switching and or re highlighting everything in the arrangement. A multi instrument pianoroll environment or logic cannot do this? Thanks for the info. -Scott
2. Hi David, A film composer friend of mine has been looking at logic for the last few days. He has been a film composer for tv / film using Sonar for many years. He has a mac now and has been seriously looking into going logic pro x. A problem though is stumbling his workflow which I hope you or someone here might know the answer to. Can logic do multi layer instrument midi editing within a single piano roll? Selecting all instruments currently then de-selecting currently goes straight back to a single instrument. Here is a video of what he is exactly looking to do: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ontgRtCeyvo Any help would be much appreciated! Scott Lee SFX Media
3. Finally am done with Repulze for iOS / Android! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uf50r9Yzprw
4. Id like to see you play all 32 orchestral instruments at the same time
5. Multitrack recordings are usually the sufficient proof if one party claims rights. If you do upload to soundcloud, youtube and other sites, the timestamp can also assist as a point of reference of song creation. Hope this helps! Scott Lee SFX Media
6. HI all, here are some EDM Uplifting / progressive trance and various forms of music. Logic of course as usual. Aerodynamic! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iML22_BrOVo Cresta! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGkAeACC84U New Phase 3 Trailer! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxEGKVum1YI Best, Scott Lee SFX Media
7. Hi guys, thanks for the nice complements. Yup all default logic sounds. It still need a "final master" on both scores, but this is a work in progress state. Thanks for listening and the feedback! Best Regards, Scott Lee
8. Hi Studio, Cool vocals. Drums are way too smooched., cut back on limiting and compression (Im hearing sidechaining dips / threadhold on every vocal), let the mix breathe a bit. This type of track doesnt need to be a brickwall, eq some shine and do some imaging. It could be a very powerful song, you are losing alot of that power with the current mastering. Hope this helps, Good luck! Best, Scott Lee

10. I wish you could save AU banks, not just single presets.. While I can load the fxb files, its a same thier wasnt a more convient method for universal bank saving. I do have fxp to aupreset conversion scripts though again a not so friendly possibility for timeframe.
11. Im glad the audio world is combating the loudness wars. Looking forward to having punch in mixes again.
