Looks to me that the Sierra upgrade has been somewhat smooth? Compared to last years fiasco. I backed up everything about a week ago but I was going to wait for the 1st bug fix to upgrade. Thanks for this post David.

Got it thanks for the response Maddcow, I added a new channel strip as audio and I am off and running.

I was wondering if Mainstage 3 can be used with a hardware synth like the Korg Kronos or Nord Stage. Not as just a controller but as audio from the hardware keyboard sounds and use the processing from Mainstage 3 to enhance the sounds with effects, EQ etc in a live setting?

I thought it was only me. I love Alchemy but it is getting me frustrated.

Have you completed the EZ Drummer track and moved it into the Logic Track window or are you still playing it in the EZ Drummer track?

I had an issue with my external drive for my sound libraries. I decided that it was time to swap it out before it decided not to work any longer. I swapped it out this weekend with some issues, got it done but found out that all my library content were missing. Can someone tell me what directory that it is on? Thanks in advance. I just received an e-mail from Izotope stating that the updates to resolve their issues with El Capitan is on there website.

I just realized after reading Jordi's response that the Groove Monkee files are midi files not Apple Loops. Thanks Jordi, you are a great help as usual.

Yes Atlas they were installed initially in Logic Pro 9. Please forgive my ignorance but how would I go about reinstalling them in LPX? I am using Logic X 10.07. Thanks

I purchased some Apple Loops a few months ago from Groove Monkey and I cannot use these loops in Logic Pro X, when I try to drag the loop into the tracks window I get the following error message: "EXS24 Instrument not found" I have reindexed the loops but to no avail. Anyone know how to resolve? Thanks.
