I recently reformatted my computer. I've reinstalled Logic, along with the necessary sounds. Now, I used an external drive for the downloaded sound library. There is another thread on how to locate a Library for Logic, but my problem is different.
Before reformatting, I had nearly filled up the drive I use for the sound library with other stuff as well. Yet now that I open this drive on my newly reformatted computer, it seems to have 200GB free, and no folder specifically for the sound library.
My question is, when you designate an external drive as the sound library for Logic downloads, are all those files invisible somehow? If not, what is that folder usually called? It's strange, because I expected to see a designated folder in there. The drive itself is titled "Logic Library".
If I don't solve this I'll just have to download it all again. How much space does it all take again? Does someone know?
EDIT:
I noticed that when I go to relocate sound library, it seems to detect the sound files in there external drive. I also have plenty of projects saved on that drive as well though.
