Great news.Izotope Nectar 2 Updated and successfully passed plugin Manager. Finally!!!

No fix for me for Nectar2 after 10.11.1. If there is a workaround on the Izotope site I have yet to find it.

Actually, Best Buy and others have been discounting current models. So, my savings are based upon that assumption. My current setup is a mid 2009MBP 15, 2.7, 8g, 512 HD. I'm running Logic X and for the most part it handles the load Ok. I'm just hoping to improve performance and rid myself of the dreaded error of drive not accessing fast enough.

The real issue is will the "new" MBP really have anything that justify the extra $200 - $300 I'll pay extra because it's a new model. I get the Haswell processor will provide more battery time, beyond that I've not seen any bench tests that suggest that that will improve performance dramatically. What say you?

Any advise on buying the current MBP 15 or wait for the new processor! I'm currently using a mid 2009 model that's not not cutting it on many levels. Thinking of the MBP 15, 16g with 512 flash.
