  1. Thanks for the reply. I resolved it by running the output track completely in MUTE and and then turned mute off. I had tried extending the view of the track and enlarging and crawling over the mute spot and pressing mute when it came on to no avail. Any way good news is it's fixed. Jim Again thanks for the feedback
  2. I have a very small mute in the output channel which stops all sound play for an instant. I have tried resetting the channel strip. and soloing the strip but unable to unmute. I know this is probably a very basic problem but I have Logic Pro X for a good while and never had this problem. Any help appreciated. Using iMac 10.11.4 El Capitan, Logic Pro X,
  3. Hello I'm looking for some good authentic sounding country drum lops in Logic Pro X? Any one help? Jim
  4. Talked with Apple support turned off audio interface and used internal microphone and speakers... no noise on save. So moved on to Focusrite with their support could find nothing wrong with settings so..had to be the settings on the Roland now have it reset and seems ok...fingers crossed. Thanks for suggestions from Forum.
  5. I just tried that and the minute you switch off XP80 sounds noise stops... JimDee
  6. Thanks for response Guys please bear with me I'm new to Logic Pro X. I have updated signature with my system info. To respond to other questions: To ErikSimon It happens ofline and realtime.. its an initial loud noise I'm calling it a crescendo because it is a music based discordant chord. I/O Buffer set to 128 I can quit and start again but when I go to save, save as or bounce it will happen again. To answer Jordi Local on/off is on the Roland XP80 workstation for MIDI as I felt it was a midi setting that was causing it? How do I check a feedback loop if I turn down my audio it remains. It only happens during this process. As soon as the bounce is finished or saved or save as ... which it does successfully the sound/noise stops Sorry guys I hope I'm explaining this ok. Thanks for the perseverance. JimDeew

    Bouncing to CD

Thanks for that I probably did not use locators, 'include audio trail, was not enabled.
  11. I'm new to Logic Pro X and I have a problem when I bounce to CD whereby I set the parameters of the bounce start and finish but it runs over. If track is 3.28 ends up as 4.28. I am using the marquee tool to highlight lenght of track and also set in bounce wind the start and stop positions. Any help appreciated.
