I am sure this feature existed in an earlier incarnation of LPX - I seem to recall one of the awful demo songs had a photo of the band in the notepad.
It would be great for photos of mic placements, hardware settings etc.
There is no real desire for this as the usual method of multitrack recording is to use an external analog mixer to provide the inputs, with Logic acting as a recorder/monitor mixer.
I don't share this concern, as I don't view Logic's compressor as anywhere close to hardware emulations.
In its own right, the compressor is certainly useful and versatile, but in terms of emulation it sounds and behaves nothing like the hardware!
May I enquire how you set it up?
Specifically:
1. Must the remote client use a DAW with AuNetReceive activated?
Is there an easy way for non-techies to set it up without a DAW?
2. How do you set up two-way talkback?
