  1. In the very first 3 seconds of this song, what is it called when the sound sort of "overloads"? Thanks.
  2. Do you guys have any techniques for making less linear melodies? What I mean by that is getting a more dynamic melody which isn't just a simple sequence of notes. Besides using an arp, what can you do to get a more dynamic sound to a particular software instrument? When I'm playing a live instrument I can do a lot of things to get a nice flowing melody, but using software the melodies come out more stiff.
  3. There was an old trick in Logic Pro 9 that allowed you to select automation data and then invert it by simply clicking on the file and moving your pointer up and down. It seems that that is no longer possible in Pro X. Is there another way around this? Thanks.
  4. Ah...the two-track volume automation worked perfectly. Thanks for the help and quick response!
  5. I have an organ line that I put an amp plugin on. I want to have part of the organ with no amp plugin and part with the amp plugin, but instead of having 2 separate tracks or automating the plugin bypass, I would like to automate the magnitude in which the plugin appears in the track output. Is this possible?
