  1. ok thanks for the suggestions.
  2. *Recording in Subject, Typo error.
  3. Hi, Not sure if this is already discussed, if its, please point. Does logic supports remote recording sessions, like if I want to record a Opera singer based in NY and I am based out of Mumbai, Rather than sending the session and then artist recording on it and sending back, is there a way we can share session and see as the session progresses. How can we achieve this. Thanks Vishal
  4. Hi skijumptoes I agree to whatever you said totally, however by no means I wanted to disregard musicianship and encourage being too technical with the music approach. I still feel music is an art. The question came to me when I thought yes there is a way of quantizing notes then why not sustain events, if yes what is the way. I may be amateur piano player but I think if you are quantizing notes and not the sustain events its not good,It was as simple as that and I just asked. May be as I improve my piano playing my timing and dynamics shall also improve and may be I will not need to quantize. However I completely of the opinion that music is and will always remain an art.
  5. Thanks Guys, Smart quantize is good.
  6. Yes, I am talking about the control events. Lets say I played a simple progression, now quantizing only quantizes midi notes, not the corresponding control event for sustain, Unless I include it from the piano roll or manually moving the control event points in piano roll. Is there any shortcut to quantize the control events as well, without going to the piano roll.Hope I am able to explain the query here.
  7. So there is no way to quantize sustain notes, without manually doing it.,
  8. May be its simple, But is there a shortcut key to quantize sustain pedal notes, I am aware of doing through Piano Roll.
  9. Hi All, Need some advice here. I created a completely new electro house dance song and used logic's vocal loops from library (African and Spanish), I got it mixed and mastered professionally and its sounding really nice. Now I am tempted to release it as I am getting good reviews from whoever listened to it. However I am not very sure since I used the logic vocal loops. Shall I release the single and if yes what's the best way of doing so. Thanks Vishal
  10. Any Dos and Donts for maintaining your monitors, Somehow I always get paranoid about my monitors not working one day, I use pair of Tannoys. Thanks Vishal
  11. May be his( Hans's) comment about using loops be vaild, however (may be its my perception ) I always found logics output more clean and bright than Cubase.
