  1. thanks, yep i do that currently. was just wondering if there was a way to do this with a key command to make it even quicker?
  2. hi all. does anyone know if its possible to load a patch onto a new track, rather than replacing the currently focused/selected one? thanks
  3. hi all. does anyone know a super quick way of flattening the velocity of some midi notes, without having to go into any or many menus? thanks
  4. ok thats great. tbh i found this all mega confusing - really hoping apple give us an update with a simplified way of finding and loading and merging fx, chains, instruments, stacks etc.
  5. Thanks. So save it as an instrument patch rather than a channel strip? Id much rather save it as a CST simply so I dont get confused between patches and FX chains.
  6. Hi all. One thing I've always wanted to do is save a chain of FX - in this case the UBK-1, PRO-Q3 & Vulf Compressor3 and be able to add them to a new instrument channel / channel strip without carrying across the instrument plugin. For example I'd like to save a channel strip or group of FX and call them 'COMPRESSOR1', for example and then load up a new instrument called 'DRUMS1' and load those FX on, without replacing the instrument or FX that are already on 'DRUMS1'. Is this possible somehow? Thanks
  7. this is brilliant. just have some questions after using it for a day. sometimes (often) the track goes silent when i convert volume automation to gain. no idea why. also should the fader go back to being at 0dB after converting or at the highest point of volume on the track?
  8. thanks for letting me know. whats the correct wording for this label so i can send feedback to apple? cheers 🙂
  9. hi all. does anyone know if its possible to remove the bus labels that appear on the tracks in the arrangement? i find it very messy and it would help if i could turn it off. thanks
  10. hey. i’m not really sure what you mean tbh, sorry. could you pls attach a gif or video so I can understand? thanks!
  11. I suddenly realised today that a feature which converts track automation to a gain plugin would be amazing. it means that no matter how much volume automation you do on a track, you can convert it and a gain plugin will be added and match the automation. if this then deleted the volume automation then you'd have your track back and could use the fader again. i know apple aren't listening but i thought id share it. what do you all think? cheers!
  12. wow man. that’s exactly what i’m after. i had no idea that works. the only caveat is that you have to be selected on the track that the midi region is on. no biggie but great tip anyway. thankyou! actually it does. i’ve just tried it. as long as you’re selected on the track as well as the region it works great.
