  1. I made a mistake lol I have an audio track with a kick drum already recorded and now I send that track to a bus, use the i/o insert to process my kick through outboard gear, then create another audio track with that bus’s input. works beautifully with all tracks lining up. RedBaron ROCKS
  2. @RedBaron you are a genius, I picked Recording an I/O Plugin from an Aux - Method 2, absolutely perfect, you saved me, a million thank you's brother.
  3. Wasn’t there a time where you could run logic on a pc ? I remember a friend was running logic, thank you for this
  4. I just bought a HP X360 laptop, it has an I5 processor 8 gigs ram, and an XE Iris video card. Is there a way to run the latest Logic pro x ?
  5. It says- In Logic Pro, Control-click the regions, then choose Functions > MIDI Region Parameters > Apply All Parameters Permanently from the shortcut menu. When I Cntr click the region nothing called functions shows up ?
  6. There isn't anything that says function when i control click the midi file, this is what i am seeing
  7. Why am I not able to import a simple midi file into cubase from logic ?
  8. It’s my pleasure David, you all have helped me so many times
  9. Hello, I spoke with Apogee and they told me to open symphony control and hold down the command button on my keyboard while I change one of the mic preamps and it will change all of them in one shot this is way faster than individually changing each one, I hope this helps someone else.
  10. I found a work around solution. In the symphony control software i am able to customize label and save a template, so I set up one window to have all 8 tracks using the mic preamps, then I saved a different temple using only the +4 selection. So all i have to do is load one or the other and thats a lot faster than switching 8 channels one by one.
  11. Hello everyone, I have an apogee symphony mkII with the 8 mic preamp card. Running logic x. I have the apogee hardware remote and I am using the symphony control software also. I have a few patch bays set up to make my life easier. So when I’m mixing I have to change all 8 audio devices to +4db to utilize my outboard eq’s and compressors. Changing them one by one is tedious, I looked for a logic key command and found nothing. However I used the shift button to select all 8 tracks in logic and then switched the audio device and all 8 tracks simultaneously changed But for some strange reason I can’t do it again it’s a mystery, what am I doing wrong ? Once I select all 8 tracks in logic I should be able to change all 8 audio devices in one click ? I did it once and I can’t do it again lol strange. I had an idea, I changed all 8 inputs in logic to the same Inout number 1, then when I selected all 8 tracks and changed the audio device all 8 tracks changed together. But this doesn’t help me as I have input one as my left drum overhead input two as my right overhead etc etc. Any ideas ?
