but I still wonder ..apple removed this useful feature. would be a-lot easier workflow for hobbyist user like me. now I am seriously evaluating cubase for this feature only. make sit quick to transpose and let other midi track follow the chords specified in chord track.

I agree this would be very useful. I also tried cubase but then dropped the idea as it would be too much learning for one feature. Please add this back apple..

Hi All, We all know that Apple dropped Chord track with Logic X ( I wonder why? ) it is nice way of making midi tracks follow the changes defined in chord track. I submitted request for this to apple and hope that many of us would have submitted the same to compel apple to add back the chord track feature. I was tempted to explore cubase just because it has chord track. at the end dropped the idea thinking it would be too much learning to go to a new DAW. I am basically a keyboard player who would like to create covers of songs at his home Can the members help me in sharing how they create Complete songs ( Beat, bass, Backing tracks etc..) or share if there is any tutorial available for this Also Is there any way to create a reference track with chord names to assist recording other tracks? Your help will be much appreciated regards, Vikas
