...yes, the Turing works get more attention nowadays, Turing Machine modules are quite popular - and now have entered the Arturia Pigments Synth too. Btw my main Logic "bug" turned out to be linked to "My Avid". I had it installed as Pro tools is installed and it autostarts. I found out that this was the reason why Quick Sampler on 10.7 wouldnt load (while it still did in 10.6.3). Quitting "My Avid" removed the problem.... How is anyone supposed to find this out. I was lucky to since I always suspect Avid if something goes wrong with audio on my system, and I was right again

i also have problems with quick sampler, maybe its the same problem as with the dmd, since it tries to load quick sampler. And with alchemy, cant load a sample. Looks like this is the most buggy Logic Ive seen since the days of mac os 9

whenever i hit a pad (with the mouse) on my Drum Machine Designer, Logic 10.7 crashes on my M1 Can anyone confirm this or does anyone have an advice?

I just want to confirm I didnt overlook anything. If a region/loop gets converted to a new Sampler Track (Create Zones per Transients), then later on I can export the MIDI File to the Arrangement? I only find this option in Quick Sampler? It looks like the new Sampler cant import Rex/ ReCycle any more?

Hi, now as logic seems to work much better Im thinking of a controller again. I have Maschine mk3, korg nanokontrol ....Im not really happy yet....with Maschine maybe I havent found the right way to set things up yet.... I dont know how to access the Smart Controls there. I want a Controller or keyboard to control smart controls with an endless encoder and a little display displaying the name of the smart controller - as small as possible. Can anyone help? Novatiion Sl49 seems to do it - but its big

I simply want to replace a Recording in MIDI. Recently, this option is not under Cycle or Cycle off anymore, but under "Replace". I understand there is a replace button that can be shown. Nevertheless if i activate it and select a region before recording, it wont be replaced at all. This is a really crazy change that makes things hard to find out.

has the Impulse Response Utility disappeared now? I dont see it in Space Designer anymore

I am trying to open a song from a colleague from the UK and the UAD LA2a, which is installed on my german system, doesnt get found. I never had this except from another song from him (with a Soundtoys Plug In). Back then I installed the newest version, but it kept asking for the plug in saying its not installed. With the La2a , it seems the same. I dont remember exactly with the Soundtoys thing, but with the LA2A it spells the missing plug in wrong UAD LA2A (A So I assume its got something to do with the spelling/country. Does anyone have any idea what i can do to open it?

i just checked, in english its CMD + / instead of Shift + CMD + ß in the yellow bubbles, so I guess you didnt have the change there. Im still surprised that it changed although I havent updated since - except the little App Store update which I need in order to avoid loading a "stub" from High Sierra

but it created an Alias Symbol in my User/username/library/Audio/Apple Loops/User Loops folder!
