  1. Update, when I go to audio sync it shows a deviation, but I can't drag the slider back to fix it.
  2. Howdy all! I have an odd situation regarding SMPTE lock and sync with a video. I bounced a rough mix of audio for a film, locking it all in its SMPTE position for the video editor. When I received back the video file, I extracted that mix to have it as a reference. My non-bounced audio it started perfectly in sync, but as the video played it eventually got more and more out of sync. It's very mild, but clearly noticeable by the end. I checked the frame rate with the film editor and it's matched. Any help is much appreciated! I'm of course able to fix it by dragging sections back to match the original timing, but I'm concerned it will happen again in the final mix. Thank you!
  3. I will send this over the weekend. I have a deadline so will be swamped with that until then Thank you both for your help!
  4. Apologies, I should have clarified my wording. In MY session, when displaying multiple parameters, the only one that gets deleted is the top one (where volume is on your shoot) I’ll send a video later
  5. Hello, This is a relatively recent issue, as I've used the limiter before with no issues. Using the standard limiter (not the adaptive one), the output used to behave normally-- that is, setting the max output level for a track. In my case, I want to set a narration levels for a project that don't go above -5db. Now, it is operating as a gain reduction. So, when I apply the limiter, it reduces everything by -5db. Very odd as I used to have no issues with this.
  6. FYI, I'm aware of how to display multiple automation settings, however, even when multiple are displayed, only the one in the place of volume on your screenshot gets deleted. Part of the low level bug I suppose. It's an easy workaround.
  7. Hello, Confirming that deleting visible track volume automation solved this issue. It should be noted that if you are trying to delete more than one parameter at a time, I did not have success. But this can be solved (I suspect), but rotating through the parameters and deleting each in turn.
  8. Good news! Deleting the visible track volume automation solved this instance. I'm going to test this on other areas this evening, but I think we've solved it. File it under successful workaround!
  9. @polanoidit is not selected. @David Nahmani, I did notice the issue started when I started applying region automation, so the track automation may have something to do with it. I'm going to copy the file and delete all track automation and see what happens. It only happens on regions I've had to cut and move. Re: different example, in the email I mention bar 56 at 1:51? This is the same spot, though the track number is different because I've kept working on other parts of the project and had to reorganize the tracks. I've resent the exact file to you to eliminate confusion. Sorry about that.
  10. @David Nahmani it should be. I'll send the file again just in case. I've got two views here w/ LiceCap. The fader goes up at the moment of sound despite being clearly automated to stay at 0. The track is soloed. I was a little sloppy labeling, but Town Ambience (track label) is the correct track for the region in the picture.
  11. FYI, after doing that the overall file is still 29mb. The audio file in question is a 32mb wav file.
  12. Yes, it goes up. @polanoid I'll do that after work this evening.
  13. Hello, Yes, I've attached a recorded soloed track. If you cannot recreate the issue, perhaps we're looking at an operating system-specific glitch? I'm running Monterey 12.6. @polanoid, happy to share the project, but it is quite large (1 GB as a zip). If you direct me how to share it in the forum (there's a size upload limit), I'll post it ASAP. Ferdinand The Humble Region Issues Solo.mp3
  14. @David Nahmani interesting. It doesn't stay consistent, but in bar 56 on track 34 (recorded on the file attached) when it ends there is audio, even though it is muted. Ferdinand The Humble Region Issues.mp3
