Hi guys, my problem is that i want to automate more than 1 parameter in the synth via touch. The first parameter works but as soon as i try to automate a second one (via touch) my computer freezes and the project doesn`t play any sound no more - i have to restart it. Is there any way to save cpu while doing that or is there any other way to write automation directly which is maybe not so heavy on the cpu? Would be great if anybody had an idea apart from buying a faster computer. Thanks Cheers, dom

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes you are right, i activated advanced options and now i have those options. So the automation worked out for now but i guess i have a latency problem. I guess my macbook pro might not be fast enough? Do you maybe have a tip? --> i tried to lower Buffer size to hundred something but then i have immediatly klicks --> the automation worked in "low latency mode" but i am afraid since i am only at the beginning of my projekt - though i do have "Trilian" on 2 channels + a few linear phase EQ`s -> could that be the problem? Hi guys, i guess this question has been prob. there before but it would be really nice if somebody could help me with that. I just switched to Logic-X and i am having trouble with the automation. - first the automation was read to late (about a bar later it set in) - i turned on the "low latency mode" under audio preferences - then it read it correct - but now i have the problem when i bounce it - it doesnt read it correct again (too late...) --> i saw in a tutorial that you can activate under "Sample accurate automation" --> Volume ...+ Plugin parameters - But i dont have this option under General - Audio i hope that makes sense somehow. hi guys, i dont understand why my low/high cut always looks like a low shelf. Even if i disable the low shelf (second band) it still looks like a low shelf (the low cut). Why is that and can somebody help me please. Many greetings, Dom

Hi guys, i sent my kick and bass on a bus and automated the bus with a High Pass filter (filtered it up). The Problem is when i drop the automation it doesn`t read it at the correct point/time - it seems that it drops one bar before. I hope i expressed myself understandable and someone can help me with this. Many greetings Dominik

Dear Team, i recently upgraded to Logic-X but now some plug-ins don`t work no more or basically they are not recognized by Logic in the Plug-ins Manager. The most important i am missing is Massive and Sylenth. Is it because they are in 32Bit? If so how is the best and easiest way to make them work if there is a possibility. Thanks denitronik, yes i thought of it and yes then it would cover prob. all the frequencies i need but since i read that bass-reflex speakers are no good under a certain amount of money i am concerned that i get a false sound picture? What i read is that they create unwanted Resonance?

Dear Sound People, i hope somebody can give me advise in this matter. I am learning more and more about Audio Monitoring and i just read that Speakers with bass-Reflex (under 1000,-€) have/create resonance in the lower frequencies which leads to blury/false Sound ? my question(s): - i am producing Trance (or better said i try to - i recently found out that my Adam ax3 1. only start at 60Hz - so the frequency Response doesn`t go down enough for this Kind of Music right? 2. they are bass-Reflex - so i can`t really mix with them since through the resonance i get false Information? I am thinking of getting new Monitoring Equipment? It would be very nice if somebody could help me in this matter. It would be also nice to hear what would be your choice, thanks in advance. Hi guys, i have my nord lead 2x connected to logic with an audio interface. Everything works great just one thing confuses me a little. I can hear the nord lead via logic through an external midi channel - i can solo it with an audio channel. But to get it into logic i have to activate the input monitoring (also to record). - the thing is i doubles the signal through the speakers when i activate it. --> my question is - does it record the doubled signal or do i only hear it doubled signal out of the speakers. And in general am i doing it correct? It would be awsome if somebody could give some advise. Cheers dom
