  1. HI, First of all, excuses for the mistyping of Reggae (Reagge) Here i have some reggae instruments that are made with the basic instruments that come with logic. The instruments are configured for reagge. The tutorial that it came with is from DM Kahn, Check the tutorial for the instruments here: The instruments: - Drum (Brooklyn Drumkit) - Organ (Tonewheel Organ - Bass (Liverpool Bass) - Piano (Steinway Piano) - Plucked Guitar (Tweeth Picked Synth) I am still bussy to find the right tune for the Guitar Skank. It will come soon. Archief.zip Place the files (.cst) in zip into the map: Users/(Username)/Libarary/Application support/Logic/channel strip settings/instruments When in the library on logic pro see the "User Channel Strip Settings" If its not visible press the tooth wheel on the bottom of the library and choose "Refresh Library". It should become visible in the list. Hope you like it
  2. Ive had the same problem with logic. With just logic on my cpu uses 15% and ram uses 2,4gb (max4gb). When i start my song playing in logic the cpu changes allot. Cpu is going to 100% but ram remains the same. When this happens logic stops playing my song and there is the error message! Goal: What you want is that logic doesnt hit the 101% cpu usage to trigger the overload. Solution: 1.Get the app: App Tamer. 2. Search for logic pro in the list for cpu usage. 3. Right click on logic and select that slow program down when it uses above 50% cpu. Before i already got these messages when i play the first 2 seconds of a song. Now i never get a message and logic is running great! Logic pro is like a dog without a leash, it wil run away with your cpu so get that leash hold it tight and give it some discipline. This is my fix for the problem, hope it works for you

  4. Hello, When i am finished with my track i want to Share it to Itunes, Mediabrowser or sound cloud. It starts to bounce the track and when its finished i can't find it in itunes, also when i use de sound cloud function its not in sound cloud en when i use mediabrowser it doesn't show up in my browser. Before, these functions works perfectly and today it seems it doesn't anymore. I don't get any error messages and the bounce meter runs perfectly till the end of the song. Does anyone have an idea why its not showing up in any share options. Before when i share it to itunes and logic is ready with saving itunes opens and it starts playing the song automaticly and today itunes is not opening and also the song is not showing up.
  5. You can use quantize en midi transform fixed note length in de function menu of the midi editor
  6. It sounds like a sound thats made by a underwater bout or u-boat radar sound or something
  7. I use the freeze function now and use 1 effect for multiple channels. Just try to work as effiecient as possible but its stil a pain in the ass. Also the buffersize is important to check. The flexmode function also is a cpu buster!
  8. If you are using an instrument like a guitar and you want to record some audio on a track you want to hear te sound wile your playing the guitar. In de trackheader you must click on the I button next to the M en S button to activate te monitor function. If you send some sound to an auxilery track like buschannel make sure you also choose the volume to send out audio. Next to the button to choose the bus channel for sending audio to an auxilery track theres a circle, that circle is to choose the volume to send to the auxilery track like a buschannel. Make sure you choose the db level to send some audio to a auxchannel. http://i.ytimg.com/vi/G7HMm7SmYKA/maxresdefault.jpg Is this wat your problem is?
  9. Did you put the monitor function on?
  10. Ive had the same thing, disconnect and reconnect the usb cable of the audio interface and it was fixed.
  11. Ive had this also before. The piano track wasnt visible in the trackheader but he was visible in the mixer en record enabled. So verytime i played a virtual instrument like drums the piano also played along. Took me an hour to find this small problem.
