Hi I'm having a problem creating VCA Faders. I've got 11 VCAs up and running from a Project I've been sent to edit by a Producer friend. He created those VCA's. As I was trying to create more VCA's as my work progressed, Logic has started sending me to the 4th VCA I set up to overwrite it. Basically I can't create any more VCA's. I checked with a friend and have realised that unlike him, Logic isn't giving me the 'Create New VCA Fader' option. I'm only getting 'Create New VCA For Selected Channel Strips' (screenshot attached), which is sending me to 4th VCA like I said . Any help or advice on how to overcome this would be great. I'm sure I'm allowed to create more than 11 VCA's right??? Thanks a lot!

I'm not sure what to advise. My problem was solved with the update so maybe contact Spectrasonics directly is best if it's not working for you. I don't have the relevant knowledge to help much more, wish I could.

I recorded a vocal in 48K and I need to transfer the uncomp'd audio files into the original project that is 44.1K. Can anyone tell me the simplest way of doing it please? I recorded the vocals on a friends Logic and didn't realise he was doing it in 48K. I've tried copying them over but they're slower in 44.1K project obviously. First time I've had to deal with a sample rate issue so any advice is much appreciated. Thanks

Going the new step sequencer but can't seem to find the menu for preset patterns. When I open the Pattern Browser tab there's no list there like I've seen on tutorial vids (screenshot attached). Anyone else have this problem? Any advice on how to sort it? Thank you

Hi For some reason, I'm not able to automate anything in Omnisphere all of a sudden. I've updated to the new Logic 10.5 and wondering if that's the problem? I've done all the usual steps for automating an Omnisphere synth (enable host automation on the VST, record in touch mode etc..) and it doesn't show up in the automation in Logic at all. Very frustrating! Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, any solutions??? Thanks a lot. S

I'm just getting set up at a friends studio for the next few months. He has a Prism and AVID 192 interface that are attached to his Mac via a PROTOOLS AVID HD Native Card. osMAC Verseion 10.11.6 and Logic version 10.0.7 (not the latest versions of either obviously). Logic works fine the HD Native card so that's no problem. My problem is there's a bit of latency going on even with an empty Logic project. My fiend normally runs ProTools from this system and there's no latency with that. So it seems like a compatibility problem maybe? Will it relate to the age of the Logic version he has? I've obviously tried selecting Low Latency Mode and using the lowest sample rate but there's still some latency that's holding back my recording process. It's very frustrating and if anyone can help shed any light I'd appreciate it very much! Thank you!

Is there a way to select multiple tracks and simply add 1 bus send to all of them? Rather than having to add the same bus send to each of the tracks individually? I'm sure I've seen it done recently by a friend. I've just got the a new MacBook Pro with the latests version of Logic and thought I'd be able to do it

Hi I'm having trouble with my new MacBook Pro and Logic X. I when I want to move a MIDI note it deletes it. I'm not doing anything usual and using the trackpad to move the midi the same way I'm moving pieces of audio etc... Anyone else come across this?? Any advice? Thank you

Hi This is a really basic question, but I want to transfer my Logic Pro X settings onto my new new MacBook. I've bought the latest version of Logic Pro X with the new MacBook so it's set up and ready. I just want to transfer my settings / saved patches on Space Designer / Alchemy etc... How do I go about this ? Thank you!
