  1. Just to follow up on this.. when i insert a new software instrument track and select drum kit designer from under instruments, i get to select each and every element i.e kick, snare, toms etc..but in this instance i cant populate the track with drummer regions. so thats there
  2. I've been using logic drummer for a while but i've only recently started digging a little deep into it. I found today that altho i can swap the kicks and snares from a selection of 2 other kicks and snares, im not able to do the same for the cymbals. When i click on the cymbals, all i get is the tune menu. but no other cymbals appear. I have installed all the additional content so that's not the problem. Anyone here run into the same issue?
  3. I come from using ableton and fl studio and on both these daws u could see the notes u play light up in the piano roll. I am aware that this was not possible on the older versions of logic. But is it possible on logic pro x 10.1.1? To see the notes u play light up.
  4. I had been using the smart electronix smexoscope all this while but unfortunately for logic pro x , there isnt a 64 bit oscillosope plugin? Any suggestions on what to get? any freeware perhaps?
  5. Yes it is a usb 3 hub . Here's a link to the website http://www.transcend-info.com/Products/No-402. Funnily enough a smaller 25 key alesis q25 works ok on it. I see that we have the similarly specced macbooks. What hub ru using for ur setup? Should i get another usb hub maybe?
  6. For instance in this screenshot of the channel strip, the patch name is visible but under it there's no instrument like an ES2 or ESX24. I'm a logic noob btw
  7. Recently acquired this new setup. As the rMBP has only 2 usb ports, I got a transcend usb hub. It is a powered hub. i.e external power. The adapter for the usb hub says it can deliver 12V/1.5A. The launchkey has 9V/100mA written next to the adaptor jack. So that means the usb hub should be technically able to power the midi keyboard right? But it doesnt turn on when plugged to the hub. It does however power on when plugged straight to the usb port on the macbook. Does anyone here have a similar setup? Should i try to get anothe usb hub perhaps?
